About
Since the company’s founding in 2010, our goal has been to help our clients meet their business objectives by maximizing the effectiveness of their operations and aligning them optimally with the business strategy.
We join our clients at the junctures where business challenges – a changing business mix, intensifying competition, new regulation, product launches and efficiency pressures – call for a different operational posture.
We believe in rapid implementation of working methods that serve and advance the organization’s business strategy over time. We do this with consultants from a wide range of fields, all with hands-on management experience.
The value we create for the client lies in “translating” the business situation into the operational alternatives it implies, then examining and planning the operational response across work processes, technologies, organizational structure, service, efficiency and sales maximization.
The 7I’s team
Senior executives and consultants with hands-on management experience across many fields, matched to the nature of each project and its organizational situation, accompanying the organization from shaping the working concepts through to implementation and results.

7I’s unique working method delivers tangible results
Building on our experience in direct management roles and in projects that produced marked performance improvement, we work in a new, practical approach: a focused professional diagnostic, a fast transition to proof of concept, and from there to full implementation.
Distinguishing solution leadership from implementation leadership
Leading implementation requires different skills from those needed in the solution-development stage. 7I’s working teams combine consultants with the right skills to ensure success at each stage of the project.
Transferring knowledge and creating a culture of continuous improvement
We believe that involving employees at all levels in identifying opportunities, defining solutions and implementing them creates a culture of continuous improvement. Passing the knowledge on to our clients, during the engagement and at its end, enables the organization to keep identifying opportunities to improve and to grow more efficient over time.
